From now all the travellers (locals and foreigners too) have to register themselves when entering Galicia (where Santiago de Compostela is located) if they previously visited these 137 countries (including Portugal) or the following 5 Spanish provinces: Aragón, Cataluna, Navarra, La Rioja, País Vasco, as Xunta de Galicia decided.
